Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products and services from Robert MWZW (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, accepting a quotation, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Quotations and orders

• Quotations are valid for the period stated. If no period is stated, the validity is 14 days.
• Orders are accepted when we confirm in writing (email) or begin fulfilment.
• Customer specifications must be complete and accurate. We may rely on CAD files, drawings, or notes supplied by you.

Pricing, taxes, and payment

• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise indicated and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping.
• Payment terms are specified on the quotation or invoice. Late payments may incur financing charges as permitted by law.
• We may suspend work for overdue accounts and adjust pricing for material or currency changes on unconfirmed orders.

Delivery and risk of loss

• Estimated lead times are provided for planning and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing as a commitment.
• Risk of loss transfers on delivery to your nominated address or carrier pickup. Please inspect goods promptly and notify us of discrepancies within five (5) business days.

Specifications and tolerances

Unless otherwise agreed, parts and components are produced to industry‑standard tolerances for additive manufacturing. We may propose design adjustments to improve printability or durability. You are responsible for validating final parts in your intended application, environment, and safety context.

Warranty and returns

• We warrant that products will be free from material defects in workmanship at delivery.
• For consumables (e.g., filaments and nozzles), performance depends on storage, machine condition, and settings under your control. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• Remedies are, at our option, repair, replacement, or refund for the affected items. Return authorization is required before shipping goods back to us.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages, including lost profits, production downtime, or data loss. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with security features, or attempt to access systems without authorization. When providing specifications, you confirm that you have the right to use all designs, and that your requested parts do not infringe third‑party rights or violate export, safety, or other regulations.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, content, and product information on our website belong to their respective owners. Deliverables we create from your designs remain your property; our internal methodologies, fixtures, and process documents remain ours.

Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By communicating with us or placing orders, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

Compliance and export

You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws relating to your use of the products, including import/export restrictions, safety approvals, and industry‑specific requirements.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply shortages, labor disputes, or disruptions to logistics and utilities.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. Updates take effect upon posting.
